Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Apps, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use our Apps.

Eligibility

License Grant

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Our Apps may offer in-app purchases or subscription services. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your device's app store settings.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the respective app store through which you made your purchase:

• Apple App Store: Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. Please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
• Google Play Store: Refunds are subject to Google's refund policy. Please contact Google Play Support to request a refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, designs, graphics, and trademarks in our Apps are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our Apps.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Apps at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use our Apps will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Apps after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
